Annual Butte Glenn Options for Recovery Cross-Training
Hosted by OFR and led by Dr. Moorea Blythe, this training is an introductory workshop in which attendees will learn about the influence of in-utero substance use on child development from a trauma-informed perspective and best practices to support child development and wellness.

Connecting the Dots
with Stephanie Jimenez, MPA
In this interactive training, participants will learn to connect the dots between early childhood trauma and attachment breaches; discover trauma's impact on a developing brain and how it affects relationships; get a better understanding on how life experiences shape a child's emotions and behaviors - as well as learn specific strategies for dealing with such behaviors.

2nd Annual Foster Care Museum
In honor of National Foster Care Month, the Foster Care Museum will feature pieces that express viewpoints and experiences of local current and former foster youth.
 
Opening Reception: Thursday, April 25, 2024 | 6:00pm - 8:00pm | Light refreshments will be served.
 
Exhibit Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 11am - 5pm April 25 - May 9, 2024

Grandparents as Parents

Grandparents as Parents is a support group of caregivers that are currently raising or have raised their grandchildren or another person's children. This group meets to provide support and information, as well as share personal experiences, with one another. It is open to any foster parent or anyone who is raising someone else's child.

First and third Thursday of the month, 11:00am – 1:00pm
